Return and Refund Policy
At River Lily Boutique, we offer a 30-day return policy. This means you have 30 days from receiving your item to request a return.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:
- It must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
- You will need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

Please note that items sent back without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
We encourage you to inspect your order upon arrival. If your item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong product, please contact us immediately so we can evaluate the situation and resolve it promptly.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain items are not eligible for returns:
- Perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants)
- Custom products (special orders or personalized items)
- Personal care items (such as beauty products)
- Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
Please contact us if you have any concerns about your specific item. Additionally, sale items and gift cards are non-returnable.
Exchanges
The quickest way to exchange an item is to return the one you have. Once your return is accepted, you can make a separate purchase for the new item.
European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period
If your order is being shipped to the European Union, you are entitled to cancel or return it within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. The returned item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase is also required.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you if the refund is approved. If approved, the refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card company may take additional time to process and post the refund.
