All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, processing may be delayed by a few additional days. If your order is significantly delayed, we will contact you via email or phone.

Domestic Shipping

We offer the following shipping options for orders within the United States:

  • Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery time is 5-7 business days.
  • Expedited Shipping: Estimated delivery time is 2-3 business days.
  • Overnight Shipping: Next-day delivery is available on orders placed before 12 PM on business days.

Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight and dimensions of your order and the shipping method chosen. You will see the final shipping costs at checkout.

International Shipping

We offer international shipping to select countries. The delivery times for international orders vary by destination and are generally 10-15 business days. Shipping charges for international orders will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Please note that international orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the buyer's responsibility. River Lily Boutique is not responsible for delays caused by customs or other regulatory authorities.

Shipment Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number. Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking information to update.

Shipping Delays

Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by factors outside our control, including carrier delays, weather conditions, and public holidays. We will do our best to ensure your order arrives promptly, but we are not responsible for delays once your package has left our warehouse.
